SUPPORT THE NEED
How to help
*Bring your gently used clothing, shoes, furniture & household items to our thrift store to help those in need. We sell them for a nominal price and proceeds go back into giving client financial assistance as well giving items to clients in need. *Donate financially by giving a gift or becoming a monthly steward and friend of the Crisis Center.
*Volunteer your time and talents and get involved.* Pray for us, our clients, the homelessness issue and our community. Check out our projects page for ways to help and get involved!
It Takes A Village to Raise a Child
Monthly we give out several thousand pounds of food from our food pantry and feed many households. We also feed 140 children a week through our Bill Myers Backpack Program with meals and snacks to take home after school for the weekend. Donations of non perishable food items and snacks are always welcome to meet the need of feeding those suffering from hunger instability in the area.
Find Your Passion
We have many ways to get involved. Spend a day working in the thrift store to help with the daily operations. Pack a bag of food for the children's Backpack Program. Donate your clothing, shoes, furniture & household items you no longer need, give us your used books or simply buy some children's books for our literacy program.
Your financial contributions are always welcome. The Crisis Center is completely funded by churches, civic groups and individuals like you! Pray and let God lead you to find your passion in ways to give back and help others in need in your community! The blessing is in the giving!
